Silverlight 3 Tools for Visual Studio 2008
On July 07, 2009, Microsoft published the download for the "Silverlight 3 Tools" for Visual Studio 2008.
You can find a short list of what is included in the package and the actual downloads here. Make sure you have Service Pack 1 installed for Visual Studio 2008.
